The ASL n.1 of Sassari has announced the new appointments of thecanine registry, guaranteed by veterinarians in the north-east of Sardinia with services that cover the entire territory in stages. In the coming weeks the calendar includes shifts in the municipalities of Stintino, Alghero, Uri, Bono, Sassari, Ittiri.
The health and social care company wanted to remember theobligationfor dog owners, to register the animal in the canine registry register and also to report any possible variation About the possession of the animal. Dog owners can register their pet in the registry starting from the tenth day after birth. To be able to do it for free, you must contact the Canine and Stray Registry Service of the ASL. It is possible to choose to have it done for a fee by any freelance veterinary doctor accredited by the ASL.

Dogs must be kept on a leash and must wear a muzzle during the visit. For the territory of the province of Sassari, any changes such as ownership, place of detention of the dog, loss, theft and death, can be reported to the Sassari Local Health Authority Service, at the facility San Camillo in Sassari.
