BRINDISI – Brindisi is also at the center of the second edition of Kellogg’s Better Days, to promote the well-being of people and communities and help make society more inclusive for all. The initiative, which last year involved Milan and Reggio Emilia, will reach five cities around Italy in 2024: Pesaro, Rome, Turin, Brindisi, and Milan again. At each stage, the company will redevelop a basketball court and organize sports and awareness-raising activities on correct nutrition for the benefit of local communities. Marco Belinelli, captain of Virtus Segafredo Bologna and former NBA player, Giulio Maria Papi, wheelchair basketball athlete of the Italian national team and ambassador of the Italian Paralympic Committee, and Giorgia Sottana, basketball player of Famila Basket Schio and former captain of the national team Italian, they are the three exceptional Ambassadors who will take turns at the inauguration events of the redeveloped fields around Italy, sharing moments of fun and sport with adults and children. Through their involvement, the athletes will promote a healthy lifestyle, which involves the combination of a balanced diet, starting with breakfast, and physical activity. Furthermore, Giulio Maria Papi and Giorgia Sottana will have the aim of raising awareness on the topic of diversity and inclusion, helping to make society more inclusive for everyone, starting from sport.

The appointment for the inaugural stage is Tuesday 28 May at 4pm at the Soria playground in via Luccio Accio 65 in Pesaro. Kellogg’s Better Days will continue in the cities of Turin (June), Brindisi (July), Rome (September) and Milan (September). Furthermore, to reconfirm its link with the world of basketball and to promote a healthy lifestyle, this year too the company is the official partner of the National Basketball Association (NBA), supporting the Jr. NBA championships in Europe and Italy. Thanks to the NBA promotion on Kellogg’s cereal and cereal snack packs, consumers will have the opportunity to win prizes related to the NBA world, including a trip to attend an NBA game in the United States.
