Aeroporti di Puglia closes the first four months of 2024 on a positive note. Passengers on Bari and Brindisi were 2,558,886, recording a +3.3% compared to the first four months of last year, when passengers were 2,477,544. In April alone, there were 625,993 passengers in transit at Bari airport (compared to 566,681 in the same period of 2023), recording an increase of 10.47%; in Brindisi, however, where there were 284,355 passengers, the increase is 5.58% compared to the same period in 2023 when there were 269,314 passengers.
The total increase in passengers between Bari and Brindisi in April alone was 8.89%. Furthermore, international scheduled traffic, again in April, grew by 17.6% on Bari and 15.7% on Brindisi.

Despite the geopolitical situation which at this moment deserves serious reflection, because it is causing great uncertainty and concern about what the future could be. evolution of the ongoing international crises, we look with confidence to what positive things can still come. The growing data for the Apulian airports reflects the work that Aeroporti di Puglia is putting in place in synergy with the Region and which is producing positive effects on the infrastructural improvements that are underway in our airports. All this is the result of our constant commitment to providing high quality services and investing in the growth and development of the Apulian airport network”.
