To Ala dei Sardiin the Park of Sa Coiluna, last May 5th an event was held that aroused great interest and participation from the local community and beyond. Organized by the local association Crazy Event Alàthe event “May 1st in Sa Coiluna“, initially scheduled for the workers’ holiday but postponed to May 5th due to adverse weather forecasts, placed emphasis not only on the valorization of the natural and landscape heritage of the area, but also on the importance of making the days organized in nature accessible to all. Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Sa Coiluna through a series of adventurous and engaging activities. The excursion, organized by Trends – Alà excursionsallowed visitors to immerse themselves in uncontaminated nature, discovering the evocative waterfall of S’Abba ‘e S’Alinu and the richness of the local flora and fauna.

On the lake with kayaks

A particularly exciting moment was the adventure in kayak on the splendid lake of Sa Coiluna. Crossing the calm waters of the lake surrounded by vegetation gave participants a unique sense of peace and serenity. But the event wasn’t limited to hiking and kayaking activities. The organizers also offered the opportunity to try the thrilling zipline experience, thanks to the skill of the group CANYON-IN-GALLURA asd. But it wasn’t just the adults who experienced unforgettable emotions. The little ones, among creative workshops, games such as tug of war and a fun treasure hunt organized by MagicParty animation of Olbia, were able to discover the pleasure of playing in the open air, immersed in the beauty of nature. And again, a key aspect of the event was the commitment to inclusiveness.

Each activity has been designed and organized to be accessible to all, demonstrating that in nature there are no barriers, only the possibility of sharing and fun for everyone. Francesca, Anna and the little one Lucia they had a truly special moment through an experience that transcended differences and celebrated unity in diversity. Flying with the wings of inclusionthey touched the sky with a finger, realizing that when barriers are overcome, the doors to joy and sharing open.

This commitment to inclusiveness helped make the event “May 1st in Sa Coiluna” a truly inclusive and welcoming experience for all participants. The event was a success on all fronts, demonstrating the potential of the area’s natural heritage as a resource for sustainable recreation and tourism
