Nine Sardinian talents competingdream sartorial creations and solidarity: these are the ingredients of the fashion show “Talents on the catwalk Special Edition” scheduled in Cagliari on June 1st at the Manifattura Tabacchi.
A jury will evaluate the looks, three per candidate. The ones who will wear the garments during the competition will be the ones oncology patients, to give a message of strength and hope and raise awareness among those present on the topic of the disease. The entire proceeds from the evening will be donated to support the project “A Camper for Prevention”, which aims to purchase a mobile clinic to carry out mammograms and ultrasounds around the island, also reaching those who are unable to go to hospital or to a specialist. All to make screening tests more accessible, easily and free of charge.
To sign the initiative i four Rotaract Clubs of the Metropolitan City: the Rotaract Club Cagliari, Golfo degli Angeli, Quartu Sant’Elena Margine Rosso and the Cagliari Est, with the collaboration of the associations Summer Mode and Abbracciamo un Sogno.
