CALTANISSETTA. The Holy Pontifical Mass presided over by Monsignor Mario Russotto for the anniversary of the apparition of our Patron Saint Michael the Archangel has concluded. In addition to many people from Nisse, the mayor Roberto Gambino was also present at the event. In the homily the bishop, Msgr. Mario Russotto called the citizens to have a greater sense of belonging, to love their city and to be proud of its goodness.
The peculiarity of this year was dictated by the fact that the rain did not allow the usual procession to take place which was postponed to Sunday 12 May in the context of an event which, as always, was deeply felt by all the citizens of Nisse who have always been particularly attached in terms devotionals to their patron saint St. Michael the Archangel.
