Over 1,000 begonias color Mother’s Day in Gallarate

The Gallarate Commercial District is pleased to announce the enormous success of the “A Plant for Mother’s Day” initiative, launched on the occasion of the annual celebration dedicated to mothers. This year, to pay homage to all mothers, the District invited local merchants to decorate their shop windows with splendid Begonias. The goal was to create a colorful and uniform visual impact to celebrate and honor mothers.

The response from the trading community has been extraordinarily positive, with over 80% of traders enthusiastically joining the initiative. Thanks to this large participation, more than 1100 begonias were distributed, adding a touch of color and liveliness to the streets of our District. Furthermore, as a sign of solidarity and community spirit, the District gave a begonia to each of the shops belonging to the Duc (Urban Commerce District), consolidating the bond between traders and promoting collective participation.

The plants, intended for decorative use in shop windows, have also found a second life as gifts for mothers. Many traders have in fact expressed the desire to give them to mothers during the weekend dedicated to the holiday, transforming a decorative gesture into a significant gift that celebrates love and gratitude towards mothers.

The NAGA expresses its pride in the success of this initiative and thanks all the traders and participants who contributed to making this event a moment of joy and community appreciation. With initiatives such as “A Plant for Mother’s Day”, we continue to work to strengthen the sense of community and mutual support that characterizes our District.
