OTAN is committed to promoting updated study programs and collaborations with industry, in particular with Federalimentare, to ensure that our graduates are ready to face the demands of the job market”. This was stated by Laura Mongiello, President of OTAN on the occasion of the 14th edition of Ecotrophelia Italia 2024, the competition organized by Federalimentare, with the aim of promoting eco-innovation in the development of new industrial food products, which took place at Cibus 2024 .

Thanks to food technologies, we can develop new products that meet consumer needs in terms of taste, nutrition and sustainability. Ultimately, OTAN will continue to work to promote these values and support our members in their mission to ensure a healthy, safe and sustainable food system for all.”
