A conference on rehabilitation needs in Cuneo

“Rehabilitation 2030. WHO mandates and rehabilitation needs in a multi-ethnic context” is the theme of the conference (from 9am to 1.30pm) organized by the ASL CN1, scheduled in Cuneo at the Einaudi hall of the Province (Corso Dante 41) Saturday 18 May.

Marco Quercio, director of the General Medical Rehabilitation department of the ASL CN1 and scientific director of the event, explains: “The conference aims to inform on the fundamental strategic and health importance proposed by rehabilitation. The magnitude and scope of the rehabilitation needs, not appropriately met, mark an urgent need: to conduct concerted actions by all international communities, to globally coordinate strategies and to increase knowledge among all interested parties”.

It is therefore a question of establishing what the common commitments are to increase the profile of medical rehabilitation as a health strategy relevant to the entire population.

The event is aimed at numerous healthcare professionals and gives the right to 3 training credits.
