The Radio Bruno concert in Piacenza
A square like this has certainly rarely been seen here. Between the Gothic Palace, the Governor’s Palace, San Francesco, the iconic horses, everywhere you looked in the shots broadcast across Italy, Piacenza seemed even more beautiful on 26 June 2023, thanks to the crowds and the summer.
Five thousand people (young people camped out to access since the morning), spectacular lights, and lots of music to listen to over and over again in an unforgettable live performance: Radio Bruno could only want to return again for its maxi event, this year scheduled for 9 July, as we learn from indiscretions leaked by the Palazzo Mercanti council meeting yesterday, 7 May.
To tell the truth, people remain tight-lipped, or rather tight-lipped, especially about the big guests, but what is known is that from today the radio will broadcast the first dates, the previews, the calendar. The format will be the same as last year; but the amount paid by the Municipality changes and is reduced.
At the moment, 10 thousand euros have been allocated, practically a quarter compared to last year, and this precisely because – according to what was possible to learn – the Yoga Radio Bruno Estate had done so well that it led the broadcaster itself to choose to invest here again. We’ll see, or rather listen.
