Last weekend the Airone Mandas represented our territory with its head held high, achieving a great 5th place at the 1st City of Olbia Trophy.
The international football event involved almost a hundred clubs from all over the island, from Italy and France, involving many young players from grassroots activities (first kicks, young players and debutants).
The Airone Mandas chicks, led by Mister Paolo Uccheddu, passed 2 elimination rounds on Saturday, reaching the final matches on Sunday. The path of the chicks has become increasingly difficult with the entry of professional clubs into the field.
The children, with great pride and emotion, have brought prestige to our territory by linking the name of Mandas to world-class football clubs and fulfilling their dream of playing with their peers from Juventus and Roma.
