Terrorism: Salerno will also remember the Italian victims on May 9th

On May 9th on the occasion of the Remembrance Day dedicated to
victims of terrorism and similar massacres – established by law 4
May 2007, n. 56 – the Rotary Club of the City of Salerno, together with
that of Cava dei Tirreni and Paestum, in collaboration with the University
of the Salerno Studies, organized a significant celebratory event,
which will be divided into two moments.
From 9.00 am in the Vito Cardone Engineering Degree Hall
of the University of Salerno a conference will take place, which will have
as theme Terrorism, institutional casualties and protection of the democratic order:
political criminal law between past and future
After the institutional greetings of the highest authorities, the conference will remember the above
price in terms of human lives paid by the institutions in our country
(Aldo Moro) and in particular in the city of Salerno (Giacumbi, Bandiera, De
Marco and Palumbo) and will analyze from a historical, legal (law
internal and supranational) and technical (method and tools of contrast) the
problem of defining the relationship between political criminal law and law
criminal policy, also in a critical vision of the institutions treated.
At the end of the day, starting from 8.00 pm, it will be held at the Theatre
G. Verdi, a second moment of a musical nature, entrusted to a
solidarity concert which will see the prestigious performance of the Band
Musical of the Carabinieri, together with the participation of
young soprano Ilaria Sicignano. Vira Carbone, journalist ed. will present
