The second meeting between the Anti-adulteration and Health Unit of the Carabinieri and the Marche Regional Chefs Union took place on Tuesday 7 May 2024. Controllers and controlled together and never against.
This is the incipit of the open chat held at the Rotonda a Mare in Senigallia. The event began with the speech of the Mayor Massimo Olivetti and the greeting of the Councilor Simona Romagnoli. 200 people were present. Meeting aimed at the protagonists of the world of food and wine and of all those professions linked to the production and administration of food intended for human consumption. They spoke with the Captain Alfredo Russo Commander of NAS Ancona, the URCM President Luca Santini and the URCM Vice President Simone Baleani.
There were many topics covered and many questions from the public present which were largely satisfied. The correct procedures for receiving and storing goods, the cleanliness of the equipment and environments intended for the preparation and administration of food and drinks, the need to always have at heart correct communication between dining room staff and chefs through the meticulous description of the dishes on the menu making allergens clear and obvious to guests. Luca Santini: We thank Captain Alfredo Russo for his great availability at this second meeting which allowed colleagues from the center and north of the Marche to be able to participate.
