WEDGE NEWS – At the Palazzetto dello Sport in Cuneo, almost 1,800 members of the Banca di Caraglio (1,707 present and 85 delegations) approved the 2023 budget of the cooperative credit institution at the meeting and renewed the members of the Board of Directors, whose number was reduced from nine to seven.
The members of the newly elected Board of Directors are: Livio Tomatis, Roberto Aimar, Enrico Armando, Eva Coccolo (Turin area), Graziano Colombo (Ligurian area), Aurelio Galfrè and Tiziana Streri. On Monday 6 May, during the first meeting of the Council, Livio Tomatis was reconfirmed as president of the credit institute.
“The large participation in our annual meeting was a strong demonstration of the trust that the members place in us and of their support for the credit, social and cultural activities that, as an institute, we carry out and put at the service of the territory – declares Livio Tomatis, president of the Banca di Caraglio -. I would then like to thank the members of the Board of Directors who reiterated their appreciation of my work, renewing their trust in me, and I would like to welcome Eva Coccolo, representing the Turin area. I also extend a warm and heartfelt thanks to the outgoing directors Alessandro Arnaudo, Emanuela Bertone and naturally to the former vice president Luciano Busso for their commitment and dedication to the growth of the Bank and for never failing to provide their precious contribution in these years of working together. It is thanks to great team work, carried out together with the General Management and the entire structure, that this year too the balance sheet numbers were exceptional, demonstrating once again the solidity of our institute and urging us to work ever more intensely for the development of the communities and productive realities of our territories”.
