AND Pietro Conti The new president of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Varese. He was elected for the two-year period 2024-2026 by the Annual Private Meeting of the Movement which was held in the Gallarate headquarters of the employers’ association. The new president will enter by right to also be part of the Presidential Council of Confindustria Varese.
Born in 1993, graduated in Economics and Management from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Conti holds the position of General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of Centro Style Spa in Vedano Olona. A company that has been operating in the optics sector for over 45 years, from eyewear for children and adults, to eyewear care accessories, through to customization services for sector shops and laboratory products.
Conti is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Group since 2017. In 2019 he began to hold the role of Councilor of the Movement and in 2022 that of Vice President with responsibility for Institutional Relations. Furthermore, since 2022, he has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria Varese.

With 228 registered, that of Confindustria Varese is one of the most representative Young Entrepreneurs Groups of the Confindustria System. Most members have businesses engaged in mechanical field (31.6%), acting in this case as a mirror of the local manufacturing scenario. This is followed by the Rubber and Plastic Materials sector (17.5% of members), the Advanced Tertiary Sector (16.7%) and the Textiles and Clothing sector (11.4%). Away with all the others.
At the level of age 13.6% are between 18 and 25 years old, 22.8% between 26 and 30 years old, 29.4% between 31 and 35 years old, 34.2% between 36 and 40 years old. 66% are men, 34% women.
