Enrollments for the SY 2024-2025 will be made exclusively online and with access via SPID.
The personal data of the parent or person exercising parental responsibility entered in the registration application will be associated with the minor for whom the school lunch service is requested and cannot be modified.
It is specified that, at each subsequent access to the Parent Portal, only the same one must be used SPID.
The registration application will be available by accessing the PARENTS PORTAL by connecting to the following link:

IMPORTANT NOTE #1:
Families are invited to register for the school lunch service during the dedicated opening period, i.e. 16 May – 19 July 2024, since registration alone does not involve any commitment regarding the payment of the annual registration fee.
The above, in order to avoid inconveniences when the refectories open (if a minor has not registered in advance he/she cannot absolutely stop at the canteen).
If families intend to renounce the service, before the refectories open, they will be able to use the WAIVER FORM by accessing the PARENTS PORTAL directly.
The waiver of the service must be submitted exclusively in writing – telephone waivers are not permitted.
NB: Please remember that the Service Conditions approved with DGC n. 232 of 08.29.2022 at point 8) state the following condition: “exemption from paying the annual fee (both for cases of full payment and for those who can take advantage of the split into two tranches) is permitted exclusively in the case of written waiver presented before the opening of the refectories for those attending primary school, lower secondary school, nursery school reconfirmations and only for those new to nursery school, within the use of the canteen service”.

IMPORTANT NOTE #2:
The second tranche of online registrations will be activated during the school year starting from Monday 14 October 2024, therefore families interested in the school lunch service from the opening of the refectories are required to submit the registration application in the period between May 16 and July 19, 2024.
FOR THOSE WHO RENEW THE APPLICATION TO REGISTER TO THE SERVICE:
to access the Portal you must use exclusively the SPID of the parent or person exercising parental responsibility whose personal data are already entered in the System (the parent’s tax code matches that of the minor).
FOR THOSE WHO SIGN UP FOR THE SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME:
access with the SPID of the parent or person with parental responsibility.

Please remember that if multiple siblings are registering, it will be necessary to register for each child and register all of them with the name of the same parent/guardian.
Please remember that completing the online registration takes place, like all self-certifications, under the full responsibility of the parent carrying out the operation as regards: the correctness of the address of residence, of the school, class and section in which it is the student is registered, in addition to the data relating to the ISEE income declaration (optional) expiring 31.12.2024.

FOR FAMILIES REGISTERED FOR SY 2023-2024:
Please note that the system, if it detects previous debts, starting from 31 August 2024, will suspend the enrollment application for the SY 2024-2025.
The system will reactivate the application only after having received the balance of the outstanding tuition and/or meal vouchers for the SY 2023/2024.

PAYMENTS FOR ANNUAL FEES AND MEAL VOUCHERS STILL PENDING CAN BE MADE:

RAO (Registration Authority Officer): person responsible for verifying the personal identity of citizens who want to equip themselves with the SPID
The Service offers resident families who intend to register for the School Lunch service the possibility of obtaining a free SPID account (public digital identity system valid at national level which allows access to the online services of the Italian public administration and participating private individuals).

What the office does: verifies the personal identity of citizens, Italian or foreign, holders of a residence permit and resident in Italy, who have reached the age of eighteen and who wish to obtain the SPID.
Identity verification is done immediately; the citizen will be able to complete the SPID request within 30 days by connecting to the Identity Providers who accept recognition via the Public Desk (see specific “Procedure” below).

PROCEDURE
Once the request has been filled out, the operator will deliver a document containing the first part of the Activation Code.
At the same time, the system will send an email to the address communicated with the second part of the Activation Code and the Activation Package attached.
The citizen from home will be able to complete the SPID request procedure by choosing the Identity Provider (within 30 days) published at the following link: https://www.spid.gov.it/scopri-le-pa-per-ottenere-spid

SPID COUNTER OPENING HOURS AND BOOKING METHODS
The desk will be open to the public on the following days and times:
MON – WED – FRI from 9.30 to 12.30, by appointment to be requested by dialing the number 0131-515072, active from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.00.
