“Rock” arrives in Modica, the sound that was missing

“Rock – The new sound of the beer” is the name of the new venue inside the Tarì craft brewery in Modica which from next May 10th will bring together beer, food, events and music in its rooms.

Rock like the delicious chicken & beer gastronomic proposal: a little American style, including burgers, fried chicken and chicken fingers, a little Tex-Mex in a riot of nachos, tacos and artisanal tortillas, and with Sicilian digressions, alongside veg and gluten free to satisfy every palate.
Rock like the reunion of craft breweries that will periodically “play” together, both on tap and in bottles to the delight of all fans.
Rock like the atmosphere enhanced by the corrugated metal sheets, the large windows and the long concrete counter perfectly set in the context of the artisan area of ​​Modica, where the Tarì brewery is based.
Rock like its colors, an orange-black combination that is reflected on the steel of the tables.
This is how the family of Tarì, Paola, Irene and Luca, opens the doors of their brewery and offers it to various experiences strongly linked to the theme of craft beer. Here, in fact, you will be able to drink the best of national and international beer production, and it will also be possible to visit the brewery during production, take part in guided tastings, introductory beer courses or beer-food pairing courses.
And on the occasion of the opening, Rock Beer will be presented, a stout with a black soul specially created by Tarì.
And then lots of food, delicious, crunchy, with an original proposal whose main protagonist is chicken in all its forms. All while sitting at the counter or outside under the awnings, with a nice fresh beer drawn to perfection, listening to good music and enjoying the comfortable atmosphere of the pubs of the past, which acquires relevance with the interior design of the architect André Thomas Balla.
“In these 15 years – says Luca Modica, owner and master brewer of the brewery – Tarì beer has promoted beer culture, made its beers known in Sicily, Italy and abroad. Our beer is represented by the tarì, an Arab currency that circulated in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies in the nineteenth century, replaced first by the lira and then by the euro. Now we are ready to show you the other side of this coin, a new project that takes you to our home, inside the production heart of Tarì beer, a project that creates enthusiasm, euphoria and a pinch of fibrillation in us. And it is a project that we can define with a single adjective: ROCK!”
