Over 200 pairs registered and more than 5 thousand spectators arrived in the capital to attend the second edition of national equestrian competition A2* “City of Cagliari” the most important equestrian event of the metropolitan city and of all the island’s stables. The most prestigious competition of the three days of obstacle jumpingcategory C140 with two heats, was won by Gianleonardo Murruzzu.
The important sporting event, organized by Military equestrian center (Cim) del Sardinia Army military commandin collaboration with the Sardinia Regional Committee of Italian equestrian sports federation (Fise.), the local Sardinia Committee of the national association Arma di Cavalleria (Anac) and the Sports Department of the Sardinia Region, which contributed to the realization of the event, attracted the attention of the most important stables on the island, as evidenced by the registrations for the competition, for a total of over 600 pairs who faced obstacles in the Military area on the field.
As part of the sporting event, the pairs who will participate in the Regions’ Cup have been selected, which will take place in Rome during the 91st CSIO of Rome – Piazza di Siena 2024.
