There Theater Company “Ciak…we laugh!” proposes the brilliant comedy “Sinceri Bugiardi” with Davide Gobbo and Federica Vanetti. The text is by Mara Melon, the direction by Franco Di Leo and the original music by Roberto Ludergnani. The show will be staged on Saturday 11 May at the Teatro S. Anna in Busto Arsizio.
Part of the proceeds will be donated to Apar (Association of Small Stray Animals) of Busto Arsizio. Great success was achieved on 13 April at the Don Pino Ballabio theater in Olgiate Olona, an evening which saw the debut of this new challenge for the two actors.
Comedy synopsis:
An apartment building. Two neighbors. An Indian blackbird. What happens when a woman who hates lies trusts a bungling taxi driver? And what does a providential body shop that you never see have to do with it? Sincere Liars: a brilliant comedy in which you are sincere… until proven otherwise. The Theater Company “Ciak…si laugh!” of Castellanza (VA) was born in 2015 from the idea of two friends, Federica and Davide. In collaboration with the director Beniamino Cicco and several actors they created the comedy-musical variety show “Musicabaret”, staging it for eleven performances until 2018. In the meantime they host numerous cabaret evenings in clubs and murder mystery dinners. From 2019 to 2022 they interpreted the brilliant comedy “Love is a flooded terrace” by Giuseppe della Misericordia directed by Beniamino Cicco, enjoying success in the provinces of Varese and Milan. In 2023 they created the funny comedy “The Craziest Flight in the World”, with several reruns up to the present. Over the years, the company has donated part of its proceeds to non-profit organisations.
