the show on stage at the Modern Theater

Grosseto. Another Tuscan date for “Queen at the Opera”. After the double sold-out last February in Florence, the rock-symphonic show based on the music of the legendary Queen returns on Saturday 11 May, at 9pm, at the Teatro Moderno in Grosseto.

Tickets are available at www.ticketone.it (tel. 892.101) and on the official website www.queenattheopera.com. Reductions are available for up to 12 years. For those who wish, the formula is also available meet & greet which, to the first sector ticket, adds a toast with the artists at the end of the show.

The show

“Queen at the Opera” owes its success to its refined formula and to the great performers of a show very far from the concept of a cover. A wonderful tribute to Queen that expertly combines symphonic and rock music, the delicacy of strings with electric guitar riffs. All embellished with an engaging visual show.

Timeless classics such as “We are the champions”, “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “We will rock you”, “The show must go on”, “Radio Ga Ga”, “Another one bites the dust”, “Who wants to live forever” are played by an ensemble of 30, great, professionals.

What stands out are the extraordinary voices of Federica Morrasinger, actress and performer trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and of Francesco Montori, both with important experiences in musicals at an international level. And again, the soprano Giada Sabellico, at ease in opera as in rock, who in the show interprets songs performed by Montserrat Caballé with Freddie Mercury; Alessandro Marchivocal acrobat with musicals such as “Hair” and “A Christmas Carol” behind him; Luana Fraccalvieri, a talented vocalist who also appeared on the television stage of “Amici”. It’s impossible not to mention the director’s contribution Piero Gallo, who were also responsible for the orchestral arrangements.

Produced by DuncanEventi, “Queen at the Opera” was born from an idea by music producer and artistic director Simone Scorcelletti: since its debut in 2015 the show has received standing ovations and sold outs in Italy and Europe.

At each show of the 2024 Celebrating Tour there is an information point from Cfu Italia – FibromialgiciuUniti Committee, association of support and assistance to people affected by fibromyalgia syndrome, Cfs/Me (Chronic fatigue syndrome), Mcs (Multiple chemical sensitivity), Ehs ( Electrosensitivity). Cfu Italia also fights for the recognition of these pathologies among chronic and disabling diseases.
