| Matera drew 1-1 against Altamura and thus failed to reach the playoffs. Casarano will take fifth place from Matera, scoring in the seventh and last minute of injury time of the home match against Bitonto, which ended 2-1 thanks to Legittimo’s goal. In Altamura, Matera took the lead in the 25th minute through Prado, but then the championship winners equalized through Saraniti at the end of the first half. In the second half, Matera tried to double the lead but Prado failed to score on two occasions. The draw seemed sufficient for the Lucanians, until Casarano scored the decisive goal which brought great disappointment to the blue and white fans. | ||
