Only one path to follow. Mocking, dressed a bit like a gloomy December and a bit like an April Fool’s joke and his mocking grin, it is a May that opened a bit crookedly, and inevitably ready to be straightened out, that of the Bitonto C5 Femminile .
In fact, in one of the quarter-finals of the Scudetto play-offs, the lionesses almost surprisingly fell against the Milanese team from Kick Off at the end of a match characterized by many reversals in front, in which the lionesses hit countless woodwork and in which it was not the brace from the usual Luciléia was enough to take the lead in the overall series.
For Bitonto the imperative now is to recover all the physical and mental energy and attack in game two this week to extend the series and continue to dream of a repeat even with the tricolour.

Bitonto started well and after twenty-three seconds took the lead with a goal from Lucilèia who guessed the bottom corner for Bitonto’s advantage.
A few minutes later he tries with a powerful right-footed shot from Diana Santos on a free kick which is deflected onto the post by the goalkeeper.
The Kick Off responds with Vanelli’s incursion who calls Jozi to make a big intervention.
Bitonto understands that they have an unfinished business with the posts when Diana, after an exchange with Tampa, tries with the scavetto, but the woodwork tells her no.
Just before the interval, Bitonto’s third woodwork of the day with Renatinha kicking hard with his left foot and low into the penalty area, but once again the woodwork is on the Milanese side and at the interval it is 0-1 Bitonto.
In the second half, however, the meaning of things changes and after just six seconds it brings it back on par with Vanelli’s powerful long-range shot which takes Jozi by surprise to equalize the Kick Off.
Bitonto feels the pinch and in the 9th minute Kick Off takes the lead with Stegius who hits the big target on the third attempt and makes Kick Off 2-1.
Bitonto is unable to put their ideas in order and two minutes later they fall again under the blows of the Milanese team who make a hat-trick with Ghilardi, who does well to receive from Stegius and make it 3-1 Kick Off.
Bitonto tries to react in every way without managing to find it and in the 18th minute the Kick Off drops the poker with Stegius who scores once again after the rebound from the crossbar and makes it 4-1.
With a handful of sighs to go, Bitonto clings to their captain Luciléia who makes it 4-2 and postpones qualification for the semi-final to game two at home, where it will be forbidden to make mistakes.
