“The focus was and is on the play-offs. I’m sorry I lost because I would have liked to give our fans a victory. Even today the fans were fantastic and it’s annoying to have left this match there as has happened other times at home. The results of the day show that several teams were already aiming for the play-offs. We will try to make up for Game 3 when we return here to PalaCarrara to try to get a success in the series. I’m sure we’ll play with the mentality and competitive determination that was missing today. I know the fans aren’t angry and they were great tonight too. Friday for game 3 I’m sure it will be hot. The negative record at home bothers me a bit, for Pistoia it’s something strange. Today Varese arrived with a free mind and they had a great race. Further confirmation of the fact that if we are not 100% connected and passionate we have difficulty winning.”
