LIVE: Serie A2 Unieuro Forlì

After a week’s break we are finally back on the pitch for the decisive part of the season, the Playoffs.

For the quarter-final of the gold draw, Unieuro Forlì will face Elachem Vigevano: the two teams have already clashed recently during the clock phase where the Romagna team conquered PalaElachem in a match with a tense ending.

Today’s match will be different as Forlì will have to do without their American Kadeem Allen (about 7 months out for him) and an extra effort will be needed from everyone to compensate for his absence. Injury problems also for Vigevano who will be without Lorenzo D’Alessandro for the entire series while Giacomo Bertetti is in doubt.

The match will be refereed by Caforio, Chersicla, Centonza, kick-off at 6pm at the Unieuro Arena.

The match starts with a high pace right from the start, Forlì plays very well inside the paint, scoring 10 points with Johnson and Pascolo, while Vigevano scores only with Smith, a triple from Zampini signs the first set of 13-4. Yes it slows down the pace slightly but Forlì is very solid in defense and precise in attack with Zampini from the perimeter and Magro in the paint, at the first siren the score is 31-11
