A deserved point for Braglia. Modena draws a draw with Como, celebrates salvation and postpones the promotion party of the Como team.
FIRST HALF. In the 2nd minute Modena immediately dangerous, Gliozzi takes the lead for Battistella who widens for Bozhanaj, a high shot from a good position. The match could break the deadlock in the 23rd minute with a goal from Zaro, following a free kick taken short by Palumbo, but VAR canceled it out for offside. For Como Gabrielloni tries following Strefezza’s suggestion, but finishes high. A very balanced first half, but lacking in opportunities, at half-time the score was rightly 0-0.
SECOND HALF. We start again with Di Stefano replacing a bruised Bozhanaj. In the 9th minute Strefezza tries from outside, shooting a meter high over the crossbar. The yellow-blues almost took the lead in the 18th minute, Di Stefano recovered a tricky ball with the Como defense exposed and fed Palumbo, who after a couple of feints unloaded for Battistella, who shot just wide. Close to the half-hour mark, Modena was dangerous on the counterattack, but breaks from Battistella and Santoro only led to an unloaded conclusion from Gliozzi. In the final it doesn’t happen anymore, the yellow-blues celebrate their salvation.
