As expected from a team that clinched the championship title with just a few games to go before the end of the season, the votes of real Madrid they have generally been excellent.

Injuries made us fear that we would no longer see the best Carvajal of the early years. However, by adapting his physical preparation and nutrition, the native of Leganés managed to regain a very high level. The proof of his magnificent season is that there is no longer any talk of looking for a replacement for him.
Rüdiger was forced to increase his deployment with the long-term absences of Alaba and Militao. The German responded in a big way, becoming the master of the Merengues’ defensive department. Beyond everything he offers on the pitch, which is already a lot, his role within the locker room, uniting the group with his friendly nature, is invaluable.
He is the goalkeeper with the highest performance in La Liga, even if he won’t win the Zamora due to the number of games played. It looked like this would be his last season at the Bernabéu, but his performances and Courtois’ injury left him free to show his full potential. One of those men who in any other club in the world would be an undisputed starter. The Malagueño has quality with the ball at his feet and does not lack sacrifice. Having someone with his characteristics as a reactive player is a luxury that few teams in the world can afford. He has scored important goals and the game improves when he is there.
The doubts at the beginning of the season and the brilliance in decisive moments are starting to become characteristics of this talented Brazilian striker. He is Benzema’s natural heir. Of course, he should be more regular, but on big days he always says “present”. He is probably one of the smartest players on the team, but he was penalized due to his inconsistent start.
You can’t ask for more from a player who arrives on loan from a team relegated to the second division (Espanyol). He has enjoyed many more minutes than expected due to his merits. The scenario hasn’t brought him down and he has far surpassed the numbers of Real Madrid’s reserve attackers in recent years.
Like every year, discreet, but essential. Defensively he is the best left back in the world. When he plays, Los Blancos’ backfield is much more solid. Unfortunately it would be very difficult if he renewed, so next season will probably be his last in the Spanish capital.
To say that he always does well is a somewhat outdated comment, because his performances are usually remarkable. In fact, things are usually more complicated for him, because he usually has to make an extra effort at the end of the season, when everything is more intense. This year was no different and he once again responded perfectly.
At first he struggled to accept his role as a substitute, but when he did he realized that he could give a lot to the team. Furthermore, Ancelotti had a plan for him. He was a starter in the last Clasico and has recently been having more minutes available. Managing workloads has allowed him to continue to be decisive at almost 39 years old.
Perhaps one of the most criticized players this year. However, he deserves credit for playing out of position for much of the season and not looking out of place. It’s true that the Frenchman struggled to adapt to the role of central defender, but overall he didn’t do badly.
He doesn’t get more because he is a gregarious player and this limits his impact. However, the great Clasico that he played at the Santiago Bernabeu is the perfect description of this winger who has recently been transformed into a full-back. If Carvajal is missing, Madrid has a player with many guarantees.
While no one failed, the young left back was one of the disappointments of the season. Expectations were very high for the Spaniard and he started the season as a starter. Unfortunately he has not shown that he can take Ferland Mendy’s place. We’ll see if he goes out on loan after this year. Offensively he has made some positive contributions, which raises his grade a bit.
He was injured for a long time, but made 14 appearances before “disappearing”. In those matches he combined good performances with less good ones. While he considered it sufficient, he was too inconsistent in his performances.

He adapted perfectly to the daily demands of the game, keeping the whole team at bay and dealing with a very difficult injury situation.
