Viterbo – Three minors reported by the police and carabinieri were surprised after the theft at Unieuro.
“On the morning of last May 2nd, police personnel from the Flying Squad of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office of the Viterbo police headquarters and soldiers from the Carabinieri of the Viterbo Radiomobile Operations Unit – they said in a note from the police headquarters – intervened at following a report received at 112 from workers at the UniEuro shop, tracing 3 minors of Egyptian nationality for the theft of electronic material inside the shop.
One of the three young people, after a personal search, was caught in possession of the stolen goods.
The three foreigners were reported for aggravated theft, as they had previously removed the anti-shoplifting devices from the removed products.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Rome Juvenile Court, immediately informed of the fact, ordered the reassignment of the minors to the Blera reception facility where they live and from which they had moved away.
The possible adoption of prevention measures by the police commissioner of Viterbo is currently being evaluated against them.”
