Moncalieri has to deal for the umpteenth time with the so-called ‘waste scoundrels‘: in fact, the illegal dumping of rubbish and rubbish of all kinds continues in the most isolated areas of the city (and not covered by cameras).

A large amount of building remains have been downloaded along the banks of the Chisola, by some construction company or by a private individual who did not want to dispose of it correctly or or pay the amount due to have a large quantity of bulky waste eliminated. And whoever chose that spot knew they could get away with it, because they aren’t around camera traps or cameras that can ‘nail’ those who were responsible for this new episode of incivility.
A sort of open-air landfill
It is also possible that it is someone who does not live or work in Moncalieri, but who has seen fit to ‘free’ himself completely, at the first good opportunity. Difficult, for the Local policebeing able to trace whoever transformed that point in Moncalieri into a sort of open-air landfill.
