The Region returns to Dubai again this year, from 6 to 9 May, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), the most important trade fair in the Middle East, to continue expanding its tourism market in the Middle East – In “showcase” a series of regional excellences particularly appreciated by the markets of the Gulf, but also of China and India: the luxury segment with Motor Valley, Food Valley, Castles and cultural tourism and the great music festivals – In the Emilia-Romagna space, within of the ENIT stand, 6 private co-exhibitors present, in addition to the Visit Emilia Destination – Monday 6 May B2B workshop with 50 buyers from the United Arab Emirates
3 May 2024 – Emilia-Romagna will be present at the most important tourist fair in the Middle East, the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), scheduled from 6 to 9 May at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre, to promote itself on the tourist market coming from from the Middle East. This is a particularly promising market as regards the “luxury” segment of the regional tourist offer.
ATM Dubai is the largest international travel and tourism event in the Middle East, attended every year by inbound and outbound tourism professionals from all over the world, starting with tour operators from the Gulf countries area, but also from India, China , Indonesia, South Korea.
Emilia-Romagna will have a space within the ENIT/Italy area, “dressed” with images – and videos in loop on a video wall – which will tell the story of Motor Valley, Food Valley, Opera Valley, the hospitality of the regional circuit of Renaissance castles, as well as the cultural tourism of the Cities of Art with their UNESCO sites and the many initiatives, from photography to contemporary art.
In the stand, together with Apt Servizi-Emilia-Romagna, there will be Destinazione Visit Emilia and six private co-exhibitors: Bologna Tour – Best Italy Tour; Fidenza Village – The Bicester Collection; Larus Viaggi – DMC Italy; Modenatur Incoming Tour Operator & DMC;

In the regional stand, during the days of the exhibition, meetings are scheduled with a selection of the main and most representative international tour operators, as well as media representatives who will meet the Regional Councilor for Tourism Andrea Corsini. In particular, on Monday 6 May, the opening day, a B2B workshop is planned with 50 buyers from the United Arab Emirates, organized by the Comitel & Partners agency (an Italian company specialized in the sector of organizing events for the promotion and marketing of the product Italian tourist, in Italy and abroad).
Each seller will have their own personalized desk. The working session will be completed with a networking dinner with demand representatives at Voco Hotel Dubai. In the evening, a media event with 15 journalists, influencers and opinion leaders from Dubai specialized in the travel, lifestyle and motoring sectors, at the “Torno Subito” restaurant by Massimo Bottura. Between one course and another, all rigorously made in Emilia-Romagna, there will be an opportunity to present guests with the unique excellences of the Region, including engines, typical products, major opera events and much more.
