The Synlab company announced today (Friday 3 May) that all the centers in the Bergamo area have resumed full activity after the hacker attack on 18 April and the technicians’ attempts to restore the system.

The withdrawal points are back in operation

For access to clinical laboratory analyses, since last day, all sampling points in Bergamo and the province have returned to operation. The services are available for free access, without the need for reservations.

The blocking of activities was caused by a cybercriminal attack, damaging the IT and telephone systems of the company, a leader in Italy in diagnostic services and laboratory tests. The attack was responded to by creating a task force, made up of internal and external professionals, who worked until yesterday to safely restore the systems, in collaboration with the competent authorities.

  • Caravaggio, Circonvallazione 25 April – collection time 7.00 – 10.00 collection of reports 10.00 – 11.45
  • Treviglio, Piazzale Insurrezionale 6/A – sampling time 7:00 – 9:30 – information time 9:30 – 12:00
