The Mayor signs the ordinance in force until 22 September 2024
Fiumicino, 3 May 2024 – Here we are, it’s about to officially start the bathing season on the beaches of Fiumicino and the Municipality has issued the union ordinance which will be valid from 11 May to 22 September 2024.
In addition to general prescriptionsi (ranging from the ban on abandoning waste, in the sea or on the beaches, on lighting fireworks, on transit on cliffs, etc.) The ordinance reiterates the criteria relating to management of concession beaches: “The beach facilities are open to the public, with guaranteed assistance and rescue service, from 9.00am to 7.00pm“. Focus too on the accessibility of the beaches, recalling how the concessionaires have “the obligation to post specific signs indicating the visibility and accessibility to the sea for disabled people near the entrances or in any case in a clearly visible place”. It is then regulated waste management, welcoming petsthe holding of sporting events and other points.
