GROSSETO – The mural created by. was inaugurated this morning, Friday 3 May Lapo Simeoniwith students from some lower secondary schools in Grosseto, as part of the project “Street’s education: urban creativity between redevelopment and regeneration”, financed thanks to the contribution of the Tuscany Regional Council pursuant to regional law 3/2022, promoted by the Municipality of Grosseto and created, on behalf of the municipal administration, by the Coeso Società della Salute.

In fact, in the car park of the Aurelia Antica shopping centre, in via Aurelia antica 46 Grosseto, the inauguration of the mural created by the Grosseto artist, Berliner by adoption, Lapo Simeoni, was held, inspired by the works created by the students of the Grosseto comprehensive schools : the students of the “Dante Alighieri”, “Giovanni Pascoli”, “Giuseppe Ungaretti” and “Giambattista Vico” secondary schools participated, after an in-depth study of the works of some international writers. The party saw the students engaged in a street art attack: yarn bombing, a particular street art that colors trees with dyed fabrics and wool, coordinated by the students of the professional institute for health and social assistance services of “Leopold II of Lorraine”, in collaboration with the intergenerational staff of the Street’s rooms Project.
Present at the meeting were representatives of the institutions involved and the management of the Aurelia Antica shopping centre, which requested the redevelopment action.
