Digiesse Praia Tortora beats Sambiase in the final (2-1) and is the Under 19 regional champion. At the Federal Technical Center in Catanzaro, a big celebration for Andrea Forte’s white-blues, who become Calabrian champions for the first time and confirm the great work of the company on the youth sector.
It was a hard-fought final, played in a light rain, won by PraiaTortora with determination and stubbornness. The match was decided in the first half, which ended 2-0 for Digiesse thanks to goals from Dyabi and La Gatta. In the second half Sambiase closed the gap with Vasapollo but were unable to come back: Forte’s boys were very good and defended very effectively until the victory.
