PERUGIA – Almost everything is ready for the next edition of “L’Umbria che Spacca”, which after the first previews has in the meantime recruited many new members for its crew, which is not yet complete. There are many surprises still to be revealed for the eleventh edition of what has now become one of the most significant events at a national level as regards summer music festivals.

Meanwhile, the main lineup of the main stage of the festival is completed. Expected at the Frontone Gardens in Perugia are Colapesce Dimartino (3 July), Fulminacci (4 July), Mahmood who will start his Summer Tour 2024 from the Umbrian capital (5 July), Salmo and Noyz Narcos (6 July) and La Sad for the evening pop punk Rebel Sunday with free entry (7 July). An evening that is now also enriched by the presence of the five Rag Dolls and the rock of Vanilla (Ex Vanilla Sky).
Festival tickets are on presale online at http://www.umbriachespacca.it and in authorized sales points.

The festival organized by Roghers Staff APS, which has consolidated itself as a point of reference in the cultural panorama of central Italy, has created a platform to welcome the greatest national but also local artists, combining the desire to offer the public a variety of cultural experiences ranging from music to art, with the need to also offer a showcase to talents from Umbria.

For this reason, the COOP Music Contest has been relaunched, the opportunity for those who create original music in Umbria to get involved and conquer the stage and the lights of the festival. The competition is organized as always in collaboration with Coop Centro Italia with the aim of putting the young protagonists of the Umbrian music scene at the centre. Registrations open until May 31st (info on the festival website).

The 2024 edition of “L’Umbria che Spacca”, which will take place in various places in the city of Perugia, will be characterized by a series of innovations, both in programming and in social initiatives. Numerous institutions and partners are accompanying this eleventh edition of the festival, created with the support and patronage of the Umbria Region and the Municipality of Perugia; with the support of the Perugia Foundation; in collaboration with the National Gallery of Umbria; with the patronage of the University of Perugia, Adisu Umbria, Fai – Fondo Ambiente Italiano Delegation of Perugia, Fai – Fondo Ambiente Italiano Giovani Delegation of Perugia; as sponsors Mastri Birrai Umbri and Coop Centro Italia; with Radio Subasio as Official Radio; as a Testone partner; funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
