Trains: traffic between Brescia and Verona Porta Nuova is suspended at the weekend (Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May 2024) as well as Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May 2024.
Trains, traffic suspended between Brescia and Verona Porta Nuova
The suspension of railway traffic is dictated by infrastructure upgrading works that will be carried out by RFI on the Milan-Brescia-Verona Porta Nuova line. The trains will travel between the stations of Milan and Brescia. A replacement bus service will be activated between Brescia and Verona PN, which will provide a ride every 10 minutes in each direction. It should also be noted that from 9pm on Saturday 4th to 9pm on Sunday 5th May the trade union organization CAT has proclaimed a national strike affecting rail transport. Since it is a public holiday, there are no guarantee bands. Trains may be cancelled. However, we inform you that the acronym CAT is not represented in Trenord: in similar circumstances there have been no significant repercussions on the service.
