Torre del Greco (Naples), 2 May 2024 – He met her while he was coming home from school and started touching her, grope her until you repeatedly try to kiss her on the mouth. A harassment towards one minor girl occurred in Torre del Greco last February for which he was arrested a 41 year old of the place on charges of sexual violence. This morning, the Carabinieri of the Torre del Greco station executed an order implementing the precautionary measure of the House arrest with a ban on communication with subjects other than cohabiting people, issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Oplontine Prosecutor’s Office against the 41-year-old man from Torre del Greco.
The investigations
The investigations, we read in a note from the prosecutor Nunzio Fragliasso, were started at the end of February following the victim’s report. The activities, conducted by the soldiers of the Torre del Greco station and coordinated by the Torre Annunziata Prosecutor’s Office, made it possible to gather serious indications of guilt against the arrested person, accused of being the author of a sexual violence against a minor. From returning from school, the little girl would have been forced to suffer, against his will, sexual acts consisting of touching her body and repeated attempts to kiss her on the mouth. The arrested person was subjected to house arrest at his home, where he will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
