L’AQUILA – The General Council of the Carispaq Foundation, chaired by Domenico Taglieriapproved the 2023 financial statements.

“Despite the continuing volatility of the financial markets and the growing tensions generated by the difficult geopolitical context, the Carispaq Foundation – said the President Taglieri – confirmed its support for the entire community of the province of L’Aquila, supporting third sector bodies operating in the cultural and social fields”

In 2023 they were allocated to supply activities approximately 2.1 million eurosof which approx €843 thousand for “own” projects and the remaining part in support of “third party” projects.

They were financed during the financial year just ended 534 projects divided between the different sectors of intervention: to the sector “Art, activities and cultural heritage” were intended €979,178; to the sector”Local development€338,265 thousand; to the sector”Scientific and technological research€84,500; to the sector”Public health€28 thousand; to the sector”Volunteering, philanthropy and charity€238,416 and to the sector “Youth growth and training€452,821.

“In the context of institutional activity, the Foundation has confirmed and strengthened its role as a reference interlocutor for the world of the third sector and local public institutions as well as a proactive entity capable of developing project autonomy, catalysing skills and resources for an effective action aimed at pursuing its objectives of promoting the economic development of the Territory.
