From today important cultural events in Bitonto

With the title “Bitonto and Puglia in the first half of the twentieth century“, the national conference organized by the active and highly accredited History and Art Research Center-Bitonto starts this morning (starting at 9 am in the Hall of Mirrors of the Palazzo dì Città). A good example of promoting the territory through culture, thanks to the convinced support of associations and institutions, a conference whose purpose is an in-depth analysis of the events that affected the city of Bitonto and the entire Puglia region in the first half of the last century.

Attention to all branches of culture and knowledge (starting from historical and historiographical contexts up to literary, artistic, musical expressions, and without neglecting anthropological, social, economic, sociological, scientific issues) only the first appointment is that of Today. Given the vastness and variety of the themes proposed, it is no coincidence, in fact, that a calendar developed over several dates (tomorrow and then 9 and 10 May) and the decision to relocate the events elsewhere: the 3rd at the “Teatro Comunale Tommaso Traetta” (and even the next day an interesting concert dedicated to the greatest Bitonto and national musicians) and then on 9 and 10 May in the National Gallery of Puglia “Girolamo and Rosaria Devanna”.

Therefore, a series of events of great importance, the result of a passion for culture and a choral and group effort that will certainly leave their mark, and not just as a memory.
