Adam and Eve, the two protagonists of the show, will tell the public with fascinating music and poetic images, one of the most beautiful love stories that a human being can experience: the rebirth of true love, of one’s soul torn apart after psychological violence and abuse. The show “Rinasci amor… poetic and theatrical journey to discover love beyond psychological violence and abuse”, is written and directed by Valentina Escobar, a nationally and internationally successful director and choreographer, is on the bill on Sunday 5 May at 9pm at the Teatro Trieste 34 in Piacenza. The protagonists are the actress Rachele Gattigraduated from the Litta Theater School in Milan under the direction of Carmelo Rificiand the actor Mauro Barbiero already known to the Piacenza public.

Valentina Escobar, winner of the first Arlex prize for theater awarded to her on the occasion of the Expo in Milan by a jury of experts composed of Carla Fracci, Ferruccio Soleri, Enrico Intra and Dolores Puthod for her “Romeo and Juliet…the eternity of a poetic and theatrical love”, is a director, choreographer and playwright with over twenty years of recognized and appreciated professional experience in Italy and abroad for opera and prose performances with great internationally renowned artists, already known also to the Piacenza public for the his successful Shakespeare project born in 2012 in collaboration with Teatro Gioco Vita which then continued throughout Italy until before Covid involving over 200 young actors and opera singers, as well as for his choreographies of Lucia di Lammermoor appreciated by Emilian critics and national staged at the Municipal Theater directed by Henning Brockhaus and the scenes by the well-known set designer Josef Svoboda, a representation that has entered world theatrical and scenographic history. The show “Rinasci amor… poetic and theatrical journey to discover love beyond psychological violence and abuse” will make its world premiere on 5 May 2024 at the Teatro Trieste 34 in Piacenza.
