A ‘speed date’ with companies

The Modena Chamber of Commerce has promoted the organization of an “OK I’ll hire you” event specifically dedicated to all those who are looking for job opportunities. In this context, they have called a meeting, which will be held in Modena at their headquarters in via Ganaceto on 22 May 2024 and which will last the whole afternoon from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. The event is aimed mainly at graduates looking for employment in the province of Modena and at companies looking for specific professional figures. The organization of the event is based on the speed-date scheme: each company will have scheduled appointments with several pre-selected candidates based on their qualifications and requirements. Each meeting with the candidate will last a maximum of 20 minutes in which the characteristics and skills of each candidate will be highlighted. To participate, interested graduates must fill out a participation form, remembering that the deadline for submission is 8 May 2024. Before the event, companies will receive the list of candidates they will meet, while candidates will be notified of the selection and which companies will have to interview with. The event aims to encourage the meeting between supply and demand of work, thus contributing to reducing the gap between the employment needs of companies and the skills available on the market.
