In the afternoon hours we will therefore attend an intensification of the phenomena on the areas already affected in these hours and to an extension of the storms by the evening also to all of Lombardy, the Triveneto, eastern Emilia and Romagna with even strong phenomena next night. The middle-lower Adriatic and the far south in general will remain more protected due to the Apennine barrier. A similar situation will also be repeated on the day of Thursday with a second intense disturbance which will flow over almost all our regions. The evolution will be accompanied by a drop in temperatures, even drastic ones, and by tense or strong cyclonic ventilation. Let’s see the weather for the next few hours and Thursday.
WEDNESDAY WEATHER NEXT HOURS: North, bad weather since the morning in the Northwest and in western Emilia with rain and thunderstorms, locally intense and associated with local hailstorms. By the evening it also worsens in Lombardy, the rest of Emilia Romagna and the Northeast with strong phenomena at the end of the day and at night. Center, rapid worsening since the morning in the Tyrrhenian regions with showers and thunderstorms, even intense, associated with local hailstorms. Between the afternoon and evening, showers and thunderstorms will also occur towards the Adriatic, a little less intense on the coast but still locally strong inland. Center, bad weather in the Tyrrhenian regions with showers and thunderstorms also in the nature of cloudbursts extending but in a more attenuated form also to the Adriatic regions. Trend towards greater variability from the west from the afternoon. South, unstable in Sardinia with showers and thunderstorms alternating with sunny spells, worsens in Sicily, Campania and Tyrrhenian Calabria with even strong thunderstorms from the afternoon. Isolated thunderstorms arriving between the afternoon and evening also on the lower Adriatic. The ionic band is more sheltered. Temperatures further declining everywhere. Winds strong with cyclonic rotation. Mari very wavy or locally agitated.
