The review “Saying/Doing/Staying – Crossroads of Languages and Memberships” intends to overcome the clichés linked to the territory by favoring a narrative capable of involving mainly men and women aged 17 to 40.
An important segment of the population that silently weaves a reinterpretation of the community. Men and women who have chosen to stay and using old and new languages have chosen to ask questions, listen, question themselves, return, create. And always, absolutely always, believing it.
We will discuss this and more during the review “Say/Do/Stay”, in a location as iconic as it is unprecedented for events of this kind: the Terrace of the Acclavio Library.
The idea is to carry out a comparison of ideas with publishers, writers, cartoonists, historians, YouTubers, web communicators, podcasters, all united by roots and a sense of belonging to the Ionian community.
The possibility of SAYING, the ability to DO, the will to STAY constitute “THE KING OF TARANTO”, necessary resistance of living in places to be transformed. The first of the four appointments is scheduled for May 8th, from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
