«I have learned from various gossip that for the next European elections the pseudo-centre-left administration of Trani, instead of facilitating the weakest groups, has decided to proceed with the direct appointment of the scrutineers without involving the minority political forces in the slightest in the decision, or at least the one that I have the honor of representing you in the City Council. I reserve the right to present a formal complaint to the Prefecture so that this territorial Government Office will evaluate every most appropriate initiative to protect the legality and smooth running of the elections themselves for which the black clouds of a possible exchange vote could already be gathering”: says Gianni Di Leo of the Trani League in a note.
