From 2pm today, April 30th, the firefighters are working for a start of fire in the parish of San Giuseppe In Santa Maria Assunta in Montorioin the municipality of Verona.
The flames broke out at the entrance to the structure where they were some desks and chairs put awayused on occasions of maximum turnout.

The firefighters, who arrived from Verona with 3 vehicles including the ladder truck and 9 operators, immediately put out the flames and after two hours are still working to evacuate the thick smoke that has completely invaded the church. The causes are currently unknown.
UPDATE. Yes. I am the cleanup operations concluded around 6.30 pm and securing the parish of San Giuseppe in Santa Maria Assunta in the Montorio area of Verona.
The firefighters, after having evacuated all the smoke from the structure, verified that it had not suffered any particular damage.
The church was declared unusable due to lack of health and hygiene requirements caused by combustion residues. The causes of the fire are still being examined by firefighters
