Drama at the Latina beach, 45-year-old kills himself on the beach with a gunshot

He took his own life with a gunshot on the beach in Latina. In the late afternoon the dramatic discovery of the body on the seafront, when the alarm was raised. The victim is a 45-year-old man who lived not far away, in the Borgo Sabotino area.

An ambulance from 118 intervened on the spot, the health workers could not do anything but confirm the death. The Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Latina are investigating the case, having intervened together with the Borgo Sabotino station command. The military is collecting useful elements, listening to the victim’s relatives and precisely verifying the dynamics of the suicide. The provenance of the weapon used by the 45-year-old to take his own life also needs to be verified.
