In Bolzano “The most beautiful cats in the world”, at the Fair on 4 and 5 May

A cat in the house improves the quality of life. Studies show that there are numerous benefits that felines bring to the home. In children and the elderly, the relationship with the animal has extraordinary social, emotional and physical effects. Just as those who live alone find an inseparable life partner in the cat.
The feline kingdom has always been a source of curiosity and mystery. Hundreds of races present on Planet Earth, all to be discovered. An unmissable opportunity will be the International Feline Exhibition ‘The most beautiful cats in the world’, which returns to the Bolzano Fair on 4 and 5 May, in pavilion A. The Cat Show by ENFI Ente Nazionale Felinotecnica Italiana brings the most beautiful specimens to the South Tyrolean city , ready to compete for the 2024 crown. True champions of beauty.
After last year’s success, the ‘Cat Room’ also returns, a protected area where some breeds of cats will be left free to move and behave just as if they were at home. This is where children but also adults can come in to become familiar with the cats, cuddle them, play with them and be overwhelmed by their purrs.
Numerous breeds of cats can be admired over the weekend. The cute Devon Rex, giant Maine Coons and Norwegians, the naked Sphynx, but also the Ragdolls, which resemble rag dolls. And also Siberians, Exotics, British and Scottish, for a great party dedicated to the most loved pet ever.
A rich program both within the Expo, at the Fair, and for those participating from home.
The photographic contest dedicated to house cats is active on the Instagram and Facebook pages ‘The most beautiful cats in the world’ which, in just a few weeks, has already reached thousands of people. Free entry to the exhibition is up for grabs. This year the most beautiful feline-themed drawing created by a child will also be awarded. The online ticket office is open on the website www.igattipiubellidelmondo.it, with the family promo for parents with teenage children.
“We are proud to return to Bolzano, after last year’s success – explains Maria Sole Farinelli -. Behind every exhibition there is a great deal of attention, care and safety so that animal welfare is always guaranteed, thanks to the presence of numerous professionals. The objective of each expo is to raise public awareness, especially the little ones, a 360-degree journey into the feline world.”
“As Fiera Bolzano we are very happy to host the event – says Thomas Mur -, an interesting opportunity for citizens and visitors”

At the Fair in Bolzano, enthusiasts and the curious will be able to see dozens of different breeds live and learn about their particularities and character. Find out how to communicate with each cat. Learn to take care of it. Many curiosities, from ‘hair and makeup’ to feline vices.

CAT ROOM. For children and not only there will be a closed area where they can enter and be in close contact with cats of different breeds. The cats, in fact, will be free and can be petted. A space designed for the little ones who will be able to discover the feline world through their senses. Entries during the two days will be staggered to ensure animal welfare. Who will receive the most beautiful cat scepter in the world?
