Friday, at 7pm, at Municipal Theatre Of Beneventor, the Benevento delegation ofEquestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalemwith the patronage of the Archbishop’s Curia and the Municipality, will present the theatrical show «Giuseppe Moscati, our Saint». The representation on the life of the saint born a few steps from Trajan’s Arch was born from an idea of Anna Todisco And Costanza Fioreinspired by the lyrics of Paola Bergamini «Secular, that is, Christian». The theatrical story and direction are by Albino Zarrella. The unstable and shaky Comagnia of the Sanità district (Ao San Giuseppe Moscati di Avellino) has already achieved success in previous stagings of a captivating and emotional work, which involves the spectator by making him feel strongly the presence of one of the most venerated saints of the our time. The aim of the Equestrian Order has always been to raise funds for works in the Holy Land, a corner of the world increasingly tormented by war. The evening will be presented by the well-known showman Enzo Costanza.
On this occasion, a relic of the saint, granted by the Church and the Municipality of Santa Lucia di Serino, the family’s town of origin, will be exhibited in the morning at the church of San Giuseppe Moscati, in via Nicola Ciletti, and in the afternoon in the church of Santa Sofia.
