FLORENCE, Thursday special plan prepared for C. di Marte

The first leg of the Conference League semi-final will be played on Thursday 2 May at the Franchi stadium Fiorentina-Club Brugge. The match will start at 9pm. At the direction of the Police Headquarters, a series of traffic restrictions will be established in the stadium area.

Given the arrival methods of the visiting fans, the set-up of the dedicated area will be brought forward to 9.00, therefore from this time in Piazza Berlinguer, Viale Fanti interna (behind Misericordia San Pietro Martire), Viale Paoli, Viale Valcareggi, Viale Nervi and Piazzale Campioni del ’56, parking and transit bans will be triggered. The other measures in the area around the stadium will start as usual 8 hours earlier (from 1pm) or 6 hours earlier (from 3pm) depending on the roads.

There will also be parking and transit bans from 2pm in via Ridolfi (between viale Strozzi and piazza Indipendenza) and piazza Indipendenza (lane connecting via Ridolfi and via Ventisette Aprile).

From 4pm to 7pm in Piazza Indipendenza the fan zone for the gathering of the visiting team’s fans.

Also on Thursday evening from 9pm, the concert of the Nuclear Tactical Penguins is scheduled at the Mandela Forum. The traffic measures envisaged for the match will entail the revocation of the extraordinary parking in Piazzale Campioni del ’56 and access to the other parking spaces provided for concerts. The organizers of the concert have prepared a special plan for train connections to and from Campo di Marte. Details in the attachment.
