The traditional awards have been assigned to the three stalls selected in the 19th edition of “L’Europa in Prato”, the event organized by Ascom and Fiva Confcommercio with the patronage of the Department of Productive Activities of the Municipality, the Chamber of Commerce and Venicepromex
The final act is the delivery of plaques to the winners of the best stalls
Under a dazzling sun, after the almost summer opening on Sunday 28 April marked by a large influx of visitors, the delivery of the traditional three plaques took place which every year are awarded to as many participants selected for the 19th edition of “The Europa in Prato”, the event which sees a huge influx of commercial operators not only from all over Europe, but now from all over the world.
The initiative, which Confcommercio Ascom Padua proposes in concert with the Fiva Confcommercio (the organization of street vendors which at Padua and Veneto level is headed by Ilario Sattin), enjoys the patronage ofDepartment of Economic Activities of the Common, from the Chamber of Commerce and of Venicepromex.
In a setting animated by many visitors, the awards were presented by the Councilor for Commerce of the Municipality of Padua Antonio Bressaby the president of Confcommercio Ascom Padova Patrick Bertinin the capacity of vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, of Ilario Sattinpresident of FIMAA Padua and Veneto and of the general director of Ascom Othello Vendramin.
Specifically, the plaque for the best imaginative and original stall was awarded Scottish stall “A Taste of Scotland Tour”, award to best Italian stall, instead, to Stradiotto Arnaldo companyspecialized in the sale of Piedmontese mountain cheeses and finally a plaque for the best stall for the Rest of the World at “Potala Shop Tibet”.
“A confirmation that this event is much followed and loved, as well as awaited – commented the president of the Fiva Ascom Confcommercio, Ilario Sattin – and this is demonstrated by the fact that the stalls no longer come only from many European countries, but also from all over the world”.
The organization was satisfied, the exhibitors were satisfied and confirmed the Padua square as one of the most interesting destinations of the entire circuit for this year too.
