On Tuesday 30 April 2024, at 10.30 am, the President of the Veneto Region will launch a challenge for young European talents. There VeneTo Stars Challengeaimed at individuals aged 18 to 25, aims to inspire and promote innovative ideas that exploit spatial data to create cutting-edge projects.
The theme of the second edition of the VeneTo Stars Challenge is “Space Data for UNESCO Heritage Site Valorization” (Spatial Data for the Enhancement of UNESCO Heritage Sites). The young participants will be asked to propose innovative ideas and projects that aim to safeguard and enhance cultural heritage and UNESCO sites through the intelligent use of spatial data.
The official presentation of the initiative will take place in Paris, at theUNESCOthanks to the collaboration between the Italian Representation at UNESCO and the Representation of Italy at theEuropean Space Agency (ESA). The event will see the participation of the regional councilor for the Digital Budget and Agenda, together with representatives and experts from UNESCO and ESA.
